It is recommended to contact the customer support of GridinSoft Anti-Malware again and explain the situation in detail. They should be able to provide a valid key and installation instructions or arrange a refund if the software doesn't work properly.

You should have received a key to install the program. That key was available only for a onetime installation, afterwards it will be useless. I see now on the Giveaway page that the product was available only on the 11th of January. There is only a trial now that you can download. The download for the program contained an archive with a readme file. In the readme file you will find the registration key. Download the trial and use that key to register GridinSoft Anti-Malware.
